Mack Digital’s role
Mack Digital is a technology sourcing advisor. The selected supplier is responsible for services it contracts to deliver. Installation, support, emergency-calling arrangements and other technical responsibilities must be established in the relevant supplier agreement.
Advisory fee and provider charges
Mack Digital does not charge a customer advisory fee. This does not make internet, phone or other provider services free. Provider subscription charges, equipment, installation, taxes and other agreed charges may apply.
Availability, pricing and results
Provider access across the partner network does not mean that every provider or service is available at your address. Availability, installation timing and prices require confirmation. No particular saving, performance improvement, uninterrupted service, security outcome or regulatory compliance result is guaranteed by this website.
Review requests
A request starts a conversation and does not commit you to purchase. Do not cancel an existing service based on website information. Review the chosen supplier’s final proposal, transition plan and agreement before authorizing a change.
